Engineered Air Chair in Cancer Research

The Taylor Family Foundation made a funding commitment to the Alberta Cancer Foundation that helped make the creation of this research chair possible.

Created in 2003, it has been held by Dr. Susan Lees-Miller who leads a team of researchers to investigate "how human cells recognize and repair DNA that has been damaged as a result of ionizing radiation."
